Phi 60. Shelving system

Phi 60 is a set of special modular shelves that allow for irregular and consistently harmonious arrangements, thanks to a proportional measurement system and the easy fitting of its elements.

The studio was invited to participate at  Designeast 03. A design Festival held in Osaka, japan in September 2012. Visitors purchased the paper plans and the material to build the designs on the site ond only using hand tools.

NURBS is a series of experiments on seating made with Corian. We got to Gortan's factory in North Italy for a week and worked with a hands on approach to treating the material.

A collaborative project with Andrew Haythornthwaite and Shai Akram, Sponsored by Lago.

Buon Appetito

Buon Appetito is a hungry machine that transforms un-wanted paper into a ever growing comfortable cushion for people to seat, lean and relax. We ask the question, what if, instead of disguising our paper waste in neat bins, we actually experienced it as part of our every day scenery and environment?

Wallfa is a two sided piece of furniture that is both wall and sofa. The stretchy membrane divides the space and offers a comfortable sitting area that becomes playful when users interact from both sides of the wall. It works as a double sided vertical hammock that people sit on to relax, play and socialize.

Wallfa is part of  Die Neue Sammlung design collection in Munich, Germany
